Definition of Arthritis:
Arthritis is the inflammation of one or more joints. It is characterized by pain and stiffness (especially in the morning or after exercise), swelling, deformity and/or a diminished range of motion. Osteoarthritis involves deterioration of the cartilage protecting the ends of the bones, thus causing bone on bone friction.
Typical Complaints:
Swollen painful joints normally presenting in hips, knees, and fingers. Typically affects people over 40, although increasingly common in younger people.
The Candida Relationship to Arthritis:
When Candida becomes systemic i.e. it buries through the gut wall and enters the blood stream, it leaves tiny holes in the gut wall which then allow product from the bowel into the blood stream. This is what doctors call Gut Dysbiosis.
Our bodies alarm system rings
as product from the bowel has entered the sterile environment of the blood stream and the risk of contamination becomes the primary focus.
In addition to this emergency, the holes also allow tiny food particles from the intestines to pass into the blood which we know can produce food sensitivities, which in turn provoke an inflammatory response in the body. This response engages the body’s policing system into ridding the offending antigens.
Whilst our body continually fights off invading debris and food particles from the bowel it is unable to fend off or deal with any other inflammatory response the body may encounter.
In Arthritis joints become inflamed and swollen due to the wear and tear of cartilage between the joints. When Candida is present in an Arthritis sufferer the Arthritis will be much more painful (anything up to 80%) because the body has nothing left in its armoury to fight the pain and inflammation.
If the gut problem were eradicated the body would be able to cope much better without the use of anti-inflammatory and pain killing drugs.
What You Can Do:
Once the overgrowth of Candida has been eradicated through our Candida Program and the gut wall healed, the body’s own prostaglandins (anti inflammatory agents) can be deployed to fight the symptoms of Arthritis and help reduce inflammation and pain.
After completing Phase Two of your Candida Program you can chose to include our specific remedies to help your Arthritis. The reason we wait until Phase 2 is that your symptoms may completely disappear just by ridding your body of the overgrowth of Candida. This often happens.
If however, you have some residual symptoms then we advise you take our Specific Arthritis Remedies available below which help rebuild cartiledge in the joints and give relief to any inflamation or pain.
Step 1: Candida Treatment Program
Step 2: Supplement with Arthritis remedies.
