Agnus Castus
Is used for hormonal balancing in women of child bearing age. It is particularly effective in treating PMT, including painful and heavy periods, breast tenderness, depression or irritability associated with PMT. Is also beneficial where periods are irregular or have stopped altogether. Use in conjunction with GLA and Magnesium. It can also be used to treat hormonal imbalances of the skin.
